With that in mind, starting today, <\/span>the Help page has been redesigned and is now easier to use<\/span>!!<\/b><\/p>\n

\u2605Change #1: The name on the website has been changed!<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

The section previously displayed as “Help” has been changed to “Help Center<\/span><\/strong>” to make it easier to understand.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, the \u201cHelp,\u201d \u201cQ&A,\u201d and \u201cContact Us\u201d sections which were previously separated under the “Support” pull-down menu have now been consolidated into a single \u201cHelp Center\u201d for easier access.<\/span><\/p>\n

We have reviewed the content that was previously divided into \u201cHelp\u201d and \u201cQ&A\u201d and consolidated it into a \u201cCategories\u201d page.<\/span><\/p>\n

FROM JAPAN’s services are constantly evolving, so whether you are a first-time user or a repeat customer, please make use of this if you are ever unsure about what to do.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the new form, we have added categories for frequently asked questions under “Inquiry Details<\/strong><\/span>“.<\/span><\/p>\n

By selecting the appropriate category when submitting your inquiry, we will be able to provide you with a more accurate and prompt response.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, we have added a feature that provides suggestions on related articles on the right side of the screen when you input a subject.<\/span><\/p>\n
