We’ve made our “Help” Page easier to use!

・The information I need is scattered across the “Help” page and “Q&A” page and it’s so difficult to use!

・I don’t understand how to place an order on Mercari or JDirectItems Auction…

・I can’t find info on how to negotiate prices…

 

Have you ever faced these sorts of issues?  

 

For those of you who have used FROM JAPAN, you’ve likely had this issue at least once right?

With that in mind, starting today, the Help page has been redesigned and is now easier to use!!

After reading this blog post, make sure to check out the newly updated page!

 

★Change #1: The name on the website has been changed!

The section previously displayed as “Help” has been changed to “Help Center” to make it easier to understand.

In addition, the “Help,” “Q&A,” and “Contact Us” sections which were previously separated under the “Support” pull-down menu have now been consolidated into a single “Help Center” for easier access.

 

■ Before the change (until August 12, 2025)

 

■ After the change (from August 13, 2025 onwards)

 

★Change #2: Content of high interest to our users of different languages will now be updated occasionally!

We will continuously update topics of interest based on frequently asked questions from users of the FROM JAPAN website, such as price reduction negotiations, discount campaigns, combined use of coupons, and explanations regarding customs duties.

We’re sure you’ll find information that interests you, so make sure to check regularly!

 

★Change #3: Contents of the “Help menu” will be moved to “Category” to make it easier to find!

We have reviewed the content that was previously divided into “Help” and “Q&A” and consolidated it into a “Categories” page.

FROM JAPAN’s services are constantly evolving, so whether you are a first-time user or a repeat customer, please make use of this if you are ever unsure about what to do.

*You use the search function to find information even more smoothly!

★Change #4: The “Contact Us” form is now easier to use!

In the new form, we have added categories for frequently asked questions under “Inquiry Details“.

By selecting the appropriate category when submitting your inquiry, we will be able to provide you with a more accurate and prompt response.

In addition, we have added a feature that provides suggestions on related articles on the right side of the screen when you input a subject.

*Please note that depending on your inquiry subject, this feature may not display in some cases.
