New: Customer Service inquiries are now more convenient than ever! New message system available!

To improve communication with our Customer Support team, we are excited to introduce a brand-new “Message” feature inside My Account!

With this new feature, you can now easily check, send, and manage your support conversations directly on the FROM JAPAN website 💬
You will also be able to connect with Customer Support faster and more conveniently than ever!

💬 1. Sending Inquiries to Customer Support

Previously, inquiries could only be handled through the email provider, through our Contact form.
Now, you will be able to send and receive messages through both:

✅ Your email provider
✅ The new “Messages” feature in My Account

 

 

🌟 Benefits of the New Messages Feature

One of the biggest advantages of the new Messages feature is that all your conversations with Customer Support can now be managed directly on the FROM JAPAN website!
You can easily check previous inquiries, reply anytime from My Account, and keep all your message history in one convenient place without searching through old emails.

Here’s what you will be able to enjoy with the new feature:

-View past conversations in one place

-Quickly check previous inquiries details

📩 2. How Messages from FROM JAPAN Will Work

The process for receiving messages from the FROM JAPAN support team has also been updated.

📨 First Contact

Messages from FROM JAPAN will first arrive in the “Messages” section of your My Account.

🔔 Email Notifications

For any message sent from us to you, you will also receive this to your email. For brand new inquiries, a notification similar to the below will be sent so you can reply from your FJ account.

Continue the Conversation Your Way

The contents of any conversation after this initial contact will be sent to both your messages and email, so you can continue the conversation through either:

-Direct reply from your email inbox
-Reply through the Messages feature in your FJ account

Choose whichever method is most convenient for you 😊

 

👀 3. How to Check Unread Messages

Please check the mail icon inside My Account Account📬

When a new message arrives, the icon will display an unread notification badge.

 

⚠️ For Non-Registered Users

There are no changes to the inquiry method for users without a FROM JAPAN account.
