It’s been over 2 years since the November 2022 launch of FROM USA, and in our efforts to improve our customers’ experience shopping for US products, we’ve improved the display of FROM USA and FROM JAPAN.

Currently, our FROM JAPAN (products delivered from Japan to overseas) and FROM USA (products delivered from the U.S. to other countries including Japan) services are displayed within only one website. Through this site display update, we will separate the two services and aim to improve your experience of using these services individually.

Below, we’ve listed a description of the various changes that will come with the separation of our two services.

What’s changing due to the update?

Switching between FROM JAPAN and FROM USA

Before: FROM JAPAN and FROM USA tabs are displayed at the top of the site.

After: Starting from February 26th, clicking on the three-lined menu button on the upper righthand corner of the site will display an option to “Switch over” between the two services.

The “My Account” page will also be seperated into each service, so if you are using both services, you can select the service and go back and forth between them.

What’s remaining the same after the update?

URLs for each service will stay the same.

You can still use the following URLs to access each service.

• FROM JAPAN: https://www.fromjapan.co.jp/en/
• FROM USA: https://www.fromjapan.co.jp/usa/en/

You can keep using both services under the same account.

If you already have a One Map account, you can still keep using both FROM JAPAN and FROM USA under the same account. There is no need to create a new account or create individual accounts for each service.
