When an item meets several standards at once, it is listed under the “lowest” of them. The condition table is one example, and actual standards may vary by item. Items released roughly five or more years ago are not covered by full compensation for wear-related damage. Standards may differ for collaboration and luxury-brand items.

For any item other than brand-new/unused, the seller must choose a condition grade and upload photos of the actual item. Get the full picture of the six grades from the quick list first, then compare against the “approx. times worn” and official example photos below.

A first-run (original) shoebox matching the model and size is also part of the item. Minor damage that can occur during domestic shipping and storage is within the acceptable range (within standard); obvious damage does not meet the standard (NG).
